No fake stuff here. We start with organic, Wisconsin-grown, stone-milled flour, ferment it slowly using our beloved sourdough culture, and add a seasonally-driven selection of locally-grown fruits, veggies, nuts, and more. The result? Truly one-of-a-kind, old-world breads and pastries that are as wholesome as they are scrumptious.
